Handling & Shipping

All the displayed items are available, so I can ship orders within 2-3 days of receiving the payment, with the exception of weekend orders and Austrian bank holidays. In case of my own holidays I’ll let you know in my shop announcement.
I ship worldwide by Hermes (most of EU states), Ups (USA) and the Austrian Post in the rest of the countries. Unless otherwise requested, purchases will be shipped to the address you have filled, so please make sure it's up to date. If you wish to upgrade the shipping of your package with an insurance service, please just ask me.
Each bag is individually wrapped and shipped in quality new packaging to ensure arrival in perfect condition.
As a seller, I am not responsible for any customs duty or tax charged by your government on imported goods into your country so, please, make sure you are aware of your country's import charges for goods from Austria (EU).
I do not refund for packages lost/unclaimed/undeliverable.

Switzerland: shipped alone €12, with another intem €8
Everywhere else: shipped alone €18, with another item €10
