Refund

I want you to be fully happy with your purchase and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact me within 3 days to allow me to do what I can to solve the problem and improve my business. Solutions may include full or partial refund, credit vouchers or replacement of item within a reasonable time frame, depending on the time it takes to reproduce it. Please note that all claims must be made within 3 days upon receiving the item; in order to be refunded or exchanged, the bag must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and return shipping fee is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom orders and sale items can’t be returned, sorry!

Read dimensions carefully to ensure that the product fits you, dimensions are approximate and may slightly vary (+/-1-2cm).
Note that colors vary from monitor to monitor setting. Please ask for additional photos/info if you're unsure!
